- Call to Order, Roll Call Vote
Selectman Thayer opened the meeting at 10:05am. In attendance were Selectman Raymond D. Thayer, Selectman Charles R. Melvin, Sr., Town Administrator Nancy J. Wrigley and Office Manager Mary B. Winglass. Minutes were transcribed and typed by Office Manager Winglass.
Chairman McCarthy was not in attendance.
Sign the 2012 Tax Warrant
Selectman Melvin motioned to sign the 2012 Tax Warrant in the amount of $5,531,640.00. Second by Selectman Thayer. Motion passed.
Selectman Thayer closed the meeting at 10:08am.
