NONPUBLIC MEETING MINUTES

  • Chairman McCarthy opened the meeting at 4:40pm Present for the meeting was Selectman Ray Thayer and Selectman Charlie Melvin.  
  • Call to Order, Roll Call Vote
  • Selectman McCarthy motioned to go into Nonpublic Session under RSA 91-A:3 II (c) - Job Descriptions, second by Selectman Melvin. Motion passes with a unanimous roll call vote.
  • Selectman Thayer motioned to close the nonpublic session at 8:05pm. Second by Selectman Melvin, per a unanimous roll call vote, the minutes of the meeting will remain confidential until in the opinion of the majority of the members the circumstances no longer apply, except to announce the following:
The next non-public meeting to continue discussing “Job Descriptions” has been scheduled for October 15th at 4:30pm.

Chairman McCarthy adjourned the meeting at 8:12pm
