- Call to Order, Roll Call Vote
Chairman Foote called the meeting to order at 4:47pm. In attendance were Chairman Lawrence B. Foote, Selectman Raymond D. Thayer, Town Administrator Nancy J. Wrigley and Office Manager Mary B. Winglass. The meeting was videotaped; minutes were transcribed and typed by Office Manager Winglass.
Selectman Trisha J. McCarthy was not in attendance.

Selectman Thayer motioned to approve the Selectmen’s Public Meeting minutes dated August 16, 2011 and August 23, 2011 as written. Second by Chairman Foote. Motion passed.
- Selectmen’s Nonpublic Meeting minutes dated August 16, 2011 and August 23, 2011
Chairman Foote motioned to approve the Selectmen’s Nonpublic Meeting minutes dated August 16, 2011 and August 23, 2011 as written. Second by Selectman Thayer. Motion passed.
- Scheduled Business:
- Per RSA 31:95-b to accept and expend a donation of $220.00 to the Newton Food Pantry
Selectman Thayer motioned to accept and expend a donation of $220.00 to the Newton Food Pantry per RSA 31:95-b. Second by Chairman Foote. Motion passed.
- Accept the revised job description for the Fire Chief
Chairman Foote motioned to accept the Fire Chief Job Description. Second by Selectman Thayer. Motion passed.

- The Board signed NH Retirement paperwork for a Police Department full time employee.
- Chairman Foote motioned to sign a Welfare Manifest in the amount of $64.50. Second by Selectman Thayer. Motion passed.
- Chairman Foote motioned to sign a Welfare Manifest in the amount of $65.00. Second by Selectman Thayer. Motion passed.
- Chairman Foote motioned to sign a Welfare Manifest in the amount of $87.76. Second by Selectman Thayer. Motion passed.
- Chairman Foote motioned to sign and approve the Vendor Manifest in the amount of $20,892.14. Second by Selectman Thayer. Motion passed
- Adjourn
Chairman Foote motioned to close the public meeting at 6:54pm. Second by Selectman Thayer. Vote: Unanimous.
