SELECTMEN’S PUBLIC MEETING
March 1, 2010
Chairman McCarthy called the meeting to order at 6:01pm. In attendance were Chairman Trisha J. McCarthy, Selectman Robert S. Donovan, Jr., Town Administrator Nancy J. Wrigley and Office Manager Mary B. Winglass. Minutes were transcribed and typed by Office Manager Winglass.

- Signing of Vendor and Payroll Manifest, Requisitions and Abatements
Chairman McCarthy motioned to sign the vendor manifest in the amount of $727,672.17. Second by Selectman Donovan. Vote: Unanimous.
Selectman Donovan motioned to approve the payroll manifest for the period of February 14th through February 27th. Second by Chairman McCarthy. Vote: Unanimous.
The Board approved a requisition from the Fire Department for pump repairs to Engine 2 for an approximate amount of $3,020.00 from Greenwood Emergency Vehicles.
The Board approved a requisition from Emergency Management for the purchase of a locking file drawer and four (4) quartet aluminum heavy duty telescoping display easels for a total of $675.95.
The Board signed a Notice of Intent to Cut Wood or Timber on a six acre lot at 35 Maple Avenue, Map 010-07-001, owner is DesRosiers Family Living Trust.
