SELECTMEN’S PUBLIC MEETING
June 29, 2009
Chairman McCarthy called the meeting to order at 5:32pm. In attendance were Chairman Trisha J. McCarthy, Selectman Robert S. Donovan, Jr., Town Administrator Nancy J. Wrigley, Selectmen’s Office Manager Mary B. Winglass and Transfer Station Manager Kevin Jolicouer. Selectman Thayer was not in attendance.
Chairman McCarthy motioned to go into nonpublic session under RSA 91-A:3 II (a) & (b) – Transfer Station and Performance Evaluation. Second by Selectman Donovan. Roll Call Vote: Chairman McCarthy – yes; Selectman Donovan – yes. Motion passed.
Chairman McCarthy motioned to recess the nonpublic meeting at 6:06pm in order to meet with Town Counsel. Second by Selectman Donovan. Vote: Unanimous.
Chairman McCarthy motioned to resume the nonpublic meeting at 8:08pm. Second by Selectman Donovan. Vote: Unanimous.
Chairman McCarthy motioned to close the nonpublic session at 8:09pm. Second by Selectman Donovan. Per unanimous roll call vote, the minutes of the meeting will remain confidential until in the opinion of the majority of the members, the circumstances no longer apply.
