Selectmen’s Meeting
July 9, 2008
Chairman Donovan opened the meeting at 7pm. In attendance were Chairman Robert S. Donovan, Jr., Selectman Raymond D. Thayer, Town Administrator Nancy J. Wrigley & Road Agent Michael Pivero. Selectman Trisha J. McCarthy was not present due to family illness. Minutes were transcribed and typed by Town Administrator Nancy J. Wrigley.
Selectman Donovan motioned to go directly into non-public session under RSA 91-A:3 II (a) Highway Department. Second by Selectman Thayer. Roll call vote: Donovan – yes, Thayer – yes. Vote: Unanimous.
Chairman Donovan motioned to adjourn the nonpublic meeting at 7:26 pm. Second by Selectman Thayer. Per unanimous roll call vote, the minutes of the meeting will remain confidential until in the opinion of the majority of the members, the circumstances no longer apply except the decision to contact Richard Harris, Highway Department to ask him if he wants to meet with the Board at their next Selectmen’s meeting on July 23, 2008.
Chairman Donovan motioned to close the public meeting at 7:26pm. Second by Selectman Thayer. Motion passed.
