SELECTMEN’S SITE WALK MINUTES
JUNE 21, 2007
The Newton Board of Selectmen held a site walk on Thursday, June 21, 2007 starting at 5:08PM at 58 Peaslee Crossing Road. In attendance were Chairman John P. Ulcickas, Selectman Robert S. Donovan, Jr., Selectman Trisha J. McCarthy, property owners Russell and Debra Riccio and Police Officer John Owens.
The site walk was held to view the property to determine per the Superior Court order of July 19, 2006 if compliance has been met to bring the property into full compliance with the Town’s ordinances.
A total of nine pictures were taken of areas of the property as listed:
1. Tow Truck – IMG_0250

4. Barrels are where a structure was located – IMG_0253
5. Gravel is where another structure was located – IMG_0254
6. Junk and location of where cars were parked (empty area) – IMG_0255
7. Trailer was where tires are now – IMG_0256
8. Pickup with tires on the way out – IMG_0257
9. Metal container and junk piles – IMG_0258
The site walk ended at approximately 5:40pm.
