Public Hearing in accordance with RSA 31:95-b III (a) to vote to accept and expend unanticipated funds in the amount of $30,016.00 from the State of NH FEMA (Federal Emergency Management Agency) to the Town of Newton.  The funds represent the Federal Share of the total approved eligible costs under Disaster FEMA-4209-DR-NH for the January 2015 Severe Winter Storm and Snowstorm
