Public Hearing Notice
December 21, 2009
Per RSA 31:95-b, the Board of Selectmen will hold a Public Hearing at the Newton Town Hall on December 21, 2009 at 7pm to accept and expend unanticipated funds in the amount of $105,730.34 from FEMA (Federal Emergency Management Agency) and $17,621.72 from the State of New Hampshire. The Town of Newton received these funds due to the December 2008 Ice Storm Disaster FEMA-1812-DR-NH which was declared on January 2, 2009. The public is encouraged to attend.
