SELECTMEN’S MEETING AGENDA

April 16, 2007

The Newton Board of Selectmen will be holding a public meeting on Monday, April 16, 2007 at the Newton Town Hall. The Board will open the public meeting at 6:00 PM and then promptly go into non-public session under RSA 91-A:3 II (i) – Public Safety; (e) – Litigation.  

The Board will then hold a PUBLIC HEARING at 7pm per RSA 31:95-b to accept and expend $62,123.00 from the 2006 Assistance to Firefighters Grant program.  The total project cost is $65,393.00 with $62,123.00 as the Federal share and $3,270.00 as the town share.

The Public Meeting will continue after the Public Hearing.
