SELECTMEN’S MEETING AGENDA
April 4, 2005
The Newton Board of Selectmen will be holding a public meeting on Monday, April 4, 2005 at the Newton Town Hall. The Board will open the public meeting at 7:00 PM and then promptly go into non-public session under RSA 91-A:3 II (a) – Planning Board personnel. The Public Meeting will resume at 7:30pm. The Selectmen will go back into non-public session at the end of the public meeting under RSA 91-A:3 II (c) – possible zoning violations, (e) – pending litigation.
