SELECTMEN’S MEETING AGENDA
November 28, 2005
The Newton Board of Selectmen will be holding a public meeting on Monday, November 28, 2005 at the Newton Town Hall. The Board will open the public meeting at 6:00pm and then promptly go into Non-public session under RSA 91-A:3 II (c) - tax lien; zoning violation and update of NPREA accounting (a) – Compensation.
The Board of Selectmen will then hold a Public Hearing per RSA 674:21 V, starting at 7:00pm to adopt changes in the method of calculating school impact fees and to implement a 2005 update to the school impact fee schedule. The 2005 update to the school impact fee schedule is a result of recommended adjustments to the methodology for the assessment of impact fees based upon the most recent data of the proportionate share of the public school capital facilities of the Sanborn Regional School District. The public is encouraged to attend.
The Public Meeting will reconvene after the Public Hearing.
