Meeting Minutes of October 19, 2006
In attendance: Bob Bartlett, Rick Daniels, Eileen Patterson, Steve Palmer, Horace Williams.
Meeting called to order at 6:30 PM.
Minutes of Sept. 21, Oct. 5 and Oct 12 were accepted.
New business/discussion: Design update: Bill Ingalls meet with the engineer, all parties are prepared to move forward to get drawings sent out for plans. Bob Bartlett contacted North Branch Construction (Sunapee Project) to start discussions about possibly having them build complex. It was agreed upon that Bob will introduce the principals of North Branch to Denny Quintal and have an initial consult. Further information will follow at a later date regarding other possible builders.
A motion was made and so moved that the state research from Kim Casey regarding the traffic situation on Merrimac Rd. be given to Denny Quintal to be considered in the engineering.
Warrant information was submitted by Rick Daniels. A draft warrant was presented and discussed. Motions for two amendments were so moved and added to the warrant. The warrant will continue to be worked on with more complete information to be added as it is obtained.
Bob Bartlett will request to be on the Selectman’s agenda for their first meeting in November. Nathan Lunney who is the Exeter Co-op School Districts Business Administrator has offered to explain municipal bonding, and is willing to come to a meeting to do so. The Safety Complex Committee will attend that meeting.
The next meeting will be determined at a later date or called as needed.
