Meeting Minutes of October 6, 2005
In attendance: Bob Bartlett, Eileen Patterson, Steve Palmer, Bob Donovan, Horace Williams
Meeting called to order at 6:30PM
Minutes of Sept. 14 & 15, 2005 accepted.
New business/discussion: Land discussion regarding site walk with land owner. We concluded that the land does not meet the needs of the Safety Complex and that the committee needs to move on with other land options. Bob Bartlett will meet with owner of land and present to him the conceptual needs compiled by the architect, and pictures of the Atkinson Fire Station.
The town survey was discussed. The committee is working on the wording of a question regarding the dollar value of a bond and tax rates. Suggestions were received; a vote was tabled until more members are present to vote. An e-mail will be distributed to update all members, and ask for suggestions.
The next meeting will be on October 13, 2005, at 6:30 PM.
