Meeting Minutes of October 27, 2005

Meeting called to order at: 6:35 PM
Minutes of October 6, and October 14, 2005 accepted.
New business/discussion: An invoice from Samyn – D’Elia Architects was presented by Bob Bartlett. Invoice to be given to Selectmen with instruction to pay.
On Tuesday, October 25, a meeting took place with the land owner, Ward D’Elia, Bob Bartlett, and Denny Quintal. All participated in a walk of the land, perusing of land maps, and conceptual building plans. The meeting was very productive. The architect hopes to have conceptual plans on the footprint of the land in about two weeks.
There was discussion regarding the wording of the question for the Town Survey, pertaining to the dollar value of a bond. The architect made a suggestion of dollar value, the committee voted and passed that that would be the number to appear on the survey. Bob Bartlett will inform Andy Smith, of UNH, of the committee’s decision, and that they should begin the survey.
The next meeting of the committee will be on November 10, 2005, at 6:30 PM. Location will be determined at a later date.
