Meeting Minutes of December 15, 2005
In attendance: Bob Bartlett, Horace Williams, Eileen Patterson
Meeting called to order at 6:35 PM
Minutes of October 27, 2005 accepted
New business/discussion: The proposal to obtain land from the land owner has been forwarded to the Selectmen, who in turn have given it to the attorneys.
The committee is waiting for the results of the Town Survey from UNH. Andy Smith should be present at the next meeting (Jan. 5) to present the results.
The architect is working on drawings. It will be requested of him to have some drawings ready by January 5.
There needs to be discussion regarding a warrant article for engineering cost at the next meeting. The warrant needs to be written and submitted.
The committees meeting place will remain at the Central Fire Station.
The next meeting will take place on January 5, 2006, at the Central Fire Station, at 6:30 PM.
