· Tennis
o At next meeting bid will be awarded and work scheduled for court reconstruction.
· Vacation Weeks
o Skateland not available for April 26th.
o Deb to call Rick with new date.
· Baseball
o President and VP of Newton Baseball in attendance.
o Newton Baseball will rent chemical toilet for Greenie
o Rec will supply handicap unit for Greenie for May 1st
o Greenie Park cleanup day April 15th, rain date April 22nd.
o Baseball will clean out building during cleanup day.
o Opening day, April 29th.
· Greenie Park
o Greenie Park sign fell during storm, Baseball will determine how to repair
o Bob’s company will supply new posts if needed.
o Nancy will get sign off the ground
o Rick to contact police department about what they wanted added to the sign
o Rick to contact tree company about repairs to broken well cover
o Baseball to look into getting a sign to put on Heath Street for Greenie Park.
· Bills
o Rick motion to pay $25 to USTA for annual membership fee. In favor – all.
· New Member
o Prospective new member Theresa Gridley and guest Joel Gridley attended.
· Town Beach
o Rick contacted the state department regarding new regulations.
o Nancy to check existing signs.
o Per state dept. signs should indicate: hour of operation or life guard on/off duty.
o Life guards must have phone to contact police – already in compliance
o Trash cans s/b covered or dumped daily – already in compliance
o Chemical toilet must be situated where it cannot be easily tipped – already in compliance
