· Swim Program
o Rick motion to approve swim contracts as written, Nancy second, in favor, unanimous.
Ø Brittany Blaisdell, life guard, 9.23/hour
Ø Katherine Burke, life guard, 9.00/hour
Ø Louis Pasto, swim aide, 5.15/hour
Ø Andrew Nelson, swim aide, 5.28/hour
Ø Keith Hallock, swim aide, 5.41/hour
Ø Kady McCullough, swim aide, 5.28/hour
o Jon to get paperwork from guards and swim aides.
o Jon to set up dock and swim lines and check measurements for compliance with Department of Environmental Services regulations or will apply for waiver.
o Jon to contact police re phones for guards.
o Jon to check wording on signs at town beach and e-mail Rick.
o Secretary to e-mail time sheet for beach employees to Jon.
· Tennis Program
o Rick to send contract and tennis registrations to Roxanne.
o Roxanne to contact people to sign up for tennis lessons.
o Rick motion to pay $175 each for 2 teams to join Granite State Kid’s Tennis, second Nancy, in favor, unanimous.
· Greenie Park
o Rick/Theresa to ask local architects for input on getting drawings for a pavilion.
