· Fall Fair Update
o Fair will be held Saturday, September 30; 10 am – 4 pm at Greenie Park
o Schedule of events was set. Secretary to create flyer to distribute in schools.
o Nancy to call to rent moon bouncer.
o Nancy to get cost estimate for food for event.
· Bills
o Rick motion to spend $1,615.20 to pay for: $203.20 to Triangle for Greenie Park chemical toilet, 372.00 to Sea of Green for fertilization of ball fields, $840 to Sreamin’ Green for mowing of ball fields, and $200 for pony rides at fall fair, in-favor – unanimous.
o Rick, motion to adjourn 9:00 pm.
