Notice is hereby given that the Planning Board will hold a Work Session in the Newton Town Hall on Tuesday July 26, 2005 beginning at 7:00 pm to discuss the following:
v Discussion regarding conditional approvals.
v Technical Review Committee
v Discussion: Ned Nichols – The board has been advised that the mylars could be signed at the public hearing on August 9, 2005 provided that all documents have met their requirements. No conditional approval will be made until all entities have been satisfied.
v Master Plan
v Warrant Articles – The board will consider issues for warrant articles for zoning. Articles regarding stump removal should have wording added that prohibits the burial of construction debris.
v Conditional Use Permits – Should not be for Home Occupations. There are errors in the ordinance (Per Ms. Allen) and a possible error in the RSA referenced.
v New plans for lot 27-1 at Puzzle Estates will be distributed.
v Discussion regarding Draft of Preliminary Review
v At 8 PM, Eric Weinreib will discuss the Peaslee Crossing Road and Smith Corner Road project.
v Communications and Other Business
