Notice is hereby given that the Planning Board will hold a Public Meeting/Public Hearing in the Newton Town Hall on Tuesday, November 8, 2005 at 7:00 PM to consider the following:

I.          Approval of Minutes: October 11th  & 25th
      Manifest Approval
    II.              Communications

a.      Dealer Desk application received for Stephen P. Early at 185 South Main Street.
b.      Letter of Interest re: Master Plan Committee from Ann Byers.
c.      Letter from Coleman McDonough regarding amendments to the plan for Lot #27-3.
d.      Letter from Robert Sacco regarding the continuation of an in-home business at 7 Maple Avenue.
e.      Letter via email from Lt. Commander Burns regarding an in-home business at 173 South Main Street.
f.      Zoning Schedule
