MEETING MINUTES
- Call to Order: 10:05 A.M.
- In Attendance: Lynne Camp, Chairperson; Kathy Meserve, Treasurer; Anne Banks, secretary; Terry Caswell, Director, Julie LaMere, alternate.
- Unfinished Business
- 2016 Budget Revision: Terry and Kathy had received from Kim Hughes an electronic copy of our previously submitted budget with the total of $114,276.00. We need to cut 3% off that total, which calculates to a reduction of $3428.00. We discussed various possibilities for these cuts, including taking 3% across the board, or half from the Media line and the rest across the board. We finally decided to take it all from Media, which at $18,250.00 is by far our largest line item. If we take the $3,428.00 from Media that brings that line item to $14,822.00. The new total of our revised budget will be $110,848.00. Kathy moved that we take $3,428.00 from the Media line item of our previously proposed 2016 budget, taking that line item on our revised budget from $18,250.00 to $14,822.00 and making our new total
$110,848.00. Anne seconded the motion. Motion passed unanimously.
- Non Public Session RSA 91-A:3 II (a) Personnel Matters: Terry Caswell was excused so the Trustees could enter nonpublic session. Lynne motioned that we enter Non Public session. Kathy seconded the motion, which passed unanimously.
