Special Budget Session Minutes
- Call to Order: 1:15 P.M.
- In Attendance: Marilyn Landry, Chairperson; Kathy Meserve, Treasurer; Anne Banks, Secretary; Terry Caswell, Library Director; Lynne Camp, Alternate; Sally Woodman, Alternate
- Review and initialization of invoices was done at this time.
- Discussion of allocations for Health Benefits, Dental Insurance, and Short Term Disability was led by Kathy. She has left a message for Nancy Wrigley, and is waiting for her to respond. We will leave those line items as ‘TBD’, or ‘to be decided’ pending Nancy’s response.
- Budget discussions followed. We went line by line and considered last year’s total, this year’s YTD totals, and our projected spending for the final 2 months of 2014. Based on the selectmen’s recommended 2% increase for 2015, we filled in all of the lines on the 2015 Proposed Budget Sheet. Marilyn motioned to submit the proposed budget as filled in. Kathy seconded the motion. Motion passed unanimously.
- Marilyn motioned to adjourn the meeting at 2:25 P.M. Kathy seconded the motion. Motion passed unanimously.
