CALL TO ORDER : 9:07 am
ROLL CALL: Sally Woodman, Chair; Carol Szot, Treasurer; Kathy Meserve, Secretary; Terry Caswell, Director: Marilyn Landry, Alternate, partial meeting.
LIBRARY DIRECTOR’S REPORT: Terry reported that she will begin to advertise for an aide for 4 hours weekly.
UNFINISHED BUSINESS: The Trustees continued to work on the 2012 library budget.
NEW BUSINESS: Sally Woodman motioned to go into Nonpublic Session under RSA91-A:3,II(a) compensation of public employee at 9:08 am. Seconded by Kathy Meserve. Roll Call Vote: Woodman-aye, Szot-aye, Meserve-aye. Carol Szot motioned to close nonpublic session and return to public session. Seconded by Kathy Meserve. Motion passed unanimously. The minutes will remain sealed until in the opinion of the majority of the members, the circumstances no longer apply. Reentered public session at 9:44 am.
