Correspondence:
- North Country Resource Conservation and Development- Community Roadmap to Renewable Woody Biomass Energy.
- Notice of Intent to Cut Wood or Timber- Country Pond Fish and Game Club. Tax-Map-Block 5/5/12-13. Estimated to be cut; 55 White Pine, 20 Hemlock, 15 Oak, 10 Beach and Soft Maple, 15 Pallet of Tie Logs.
- NH-DES: Complete Forestry Notification for Tax-Map- Block 5/5/12-13. Minimum wetlands impact. This notice is granting permission for work to begin.
- L-Chip check in the amount of $80.00 issued for stewardship monitoring of Hidden Acres Farm.

- State of NH Inter-Department Memo from the NH DOT, regarding work to be performed on Rt. 108, Newton NH. This is a minimum impact project, a 15 inch, 190 foot long plastic pipe, and catch basin will be installed.
