The Applicant has requested to appeal the denial of a building permit for the construction of a single-family residence claiming that this is not a ‘non-conforming’ structure and that the decision of the Building Inspector must be overturned. (Section IX, Paragraph 1)
The Applicant has also filed an Alternative Variance request to construct this single family dwelling.
