Notice is hereby given that the Board of Appeals will convene on Tuesday,
March 15, 2016 at 7:30 PM in the Town Hall, on South Main Street, Newton, NH. This Public Hearing is requested by the North Shore Bank, 29 South Main Street, Newton, NH 03858 (Map 011-05-023). The Applicant is seeking a variance from the Town of Newton Zoning Ordinance, Section XXIII (Village District Zone Area Regulation), Paragraph #1 (C) (dimensional requirements), in order to add a 2nd means of egress on the second floor of the existing building.
