The Newton Board of Appeals will be holding a public meeting on Tuesday, November 20, 2007 at 7:30pm at the Town Hall on Main Street.

Applicant is requesting a variance in order to remove the existing garage, replacing it with a new structure, with a new foundation (poured concrete with rough for ½ bath), in the same location.  The proposed garage is to be a 36’ x 24’ structure, with a second floor & a shed dormer in the front of the structure.

Mr Nichols, surveyor, resubmitted an Application for variances due to new findings in the field since the variances were granted August 21, 2007.
