The Newton Board of Appeals will be holding a public meeting on Tuesday,
March 21, 2006 at the Town Hall on Main Street, Newton, N.H. The Board will open the public meeting at 7:30 PM.

II. Acceptance of Minutes of meeting of February 21, 2006
III. Public Hearing:
Continuation of Public Hearing for Coleman McDonough, President of 125 Development Corp. of NH, to act on request for appeal from the Zoning Ordinance, Section XIII, Paragraph 1, dealing with location on lot. The Applicant is requesting a variance from the dimensional requirement, to reduce the 200’ setback to 180’ where it abuts another Zone.
