Advisory CIP Committee Meeting
Wednesday, November 3, 2010 at 7PM
New Durham Town Hall
The meeting was called to order by Paddy McHale at 6:33 PM

The meeting began with a brief discussion on the CIP narrative.
Motion by Tom Goss, to accept the CIP narrative as amended and presented, seconded by Chris LaPierre. 4-0.
The committee discussed the CIP spreadsheets.
Motion by Scott Drummey to accept the CIP spreadsheets as a whole, as amended and presented, seconded by Chris LaPierre. 4-0.
Paddy McHale should be notified when the Planning Board is ready to review the documents.
The Advisory CIP Committee will adjourn until a date to be determined after the 2011 Town Meeting.
Motion by Scott Drummey to adjourn, seconded by Tom Goss. 4-0.
Meeting adjourned at 6:40PM.
