PUBLIC MEETING MINUTES
June 10, 2010 (Continued from June 7, 2010)

Call to Order: 7:04 returning to our recessed BOS meeting from Monday, June 7, 2010.
Present: Terry Jarvis (TJ), Fred March (FM), David Bickford (DB)
Also Present: Alison Rendinaro (AR)

The minutes of nonpublic have been sealed by a Motion to seal the minutes. Jarvis/March 3-0
Monday, June 14, 2010 work session set to review the rules and regulations of the fire department
Chairman Jarvis provided the BOS with a list of items by topic and by person responsible, for tasks on the “to-do list” of the BOS that have not been completed. Selectmen March and Selectmen Bickford reviewed the list. They will review it over the weekend, and review it on Monday at the work session.
Selectmen Bickford would like to get the legal issue worked out. For instance, for the Board of Ethics- the recent unfounded complaint before the Ethics Board took up between $2,000 and $3,000. BOS asked Rendinaro to double check those numbers.
Rendinaro has asked David Allen to put together a list from planning. She will clarify with an email asking for a list of what issues (historical) have gone to legal counsel over the past year or two.
Rendinaro presented BOS with a sheet that Vickie Blackden created for legal expenses.
Board of Ethics meeting from last Tuesday was then discussed briefly. They received LGC response to the ethics ordinance.
Chairman Jarvis asked if there was anything else anyone needed to discuss. Hearing none,
