Selectmen's Meeting
March 24, 2004

A. CALL TO ORDER: A special meeting of the Board of Selectmen was called to order by Christine Quirk at 7: l OPM followed by the Pledge of Allegiance.

Discussion ensued over whether former officer Mark Hewitt should participate. The Selectmen left the decision up to the current employees present and they elected to have Mark participate.

B. OTHERS PRESENT: Cathy Widener, Mark Hewitt, Frank Kochanek, and Donald Sims
C. Entered non-public session under RSA 91-A:3II c. Selectmen were individually polled and voted to enter non-public. Motion: Gordon Carlstrom, 2nd David Woodbury.
D.  SUBJECT MATTER: Participants offered their views on issues they felt deserved the attention of the Selectmen relative to the operation of the Police Department.
E.  Exit non-public at 9:39PM. Motion: David Woodbury, 2nd Gordon Carlstrom. All voted individually in favor.
F.  Selectmen voted unanimously to seal the non-public minutes for ten years because disclosure might adversely affect the reputation of people. Motion: Gordon Carlstrom 2nd David Woodbury.
G.  MOTION TO ADJOURN: Made at 9:40 by David Woodbury with a 2"d by Gordon Carlstrom. All voted in favor.
