Scope of work: Wilson McLaughlin House Renovation: Repair of stone foundation including specified concrete work; replacement of sills; repair of post and beam members; removal of main floor flooring; removal and replacement of main floor subfloor, support posts, beams, joists.
The bid deadline is 3 pm on Thursday December 5, 2013, with work to start as soon as possible after that.
