Present: Board of Selectmen: Chairman E. Bernard Plante, Francis B. King, Kenneth I. Schold, Brian W. Stowell, Brian M. Ashmankas; Town Manager Spain, Sergeant Donald Desorcy
Chairman Plante announced the Board would return to make some appointments.
Executive Session
Motion made by Selectman King, seconded by Selectman Schold to move into Executive Session at 7:10 p.m. under Chapter 39, Section 23B, Paragraph 2.
Selectman King - Yes
Selectman Schold - Yes
Selectman Stowell - Yes
Selectman Ashmankas -Yes
Chairman Plante -Yes
Returned to open session at 9:46 pm.
Motion made by Selectman Stowell to appoint Donald Desorcy effective July 2, 2011 until December 31, 2011 with terms agreed to, seconded by Selectman Schold.
Motion carried unanimously.
Mr. Spain has appointed Pam Bott as a jr. clerk at the council on aging.
Motion made by Selectman King, seconded by Selectman Schold to affirm the appointment.
Motion carried unanimously.
Selectman King stated that he signed a disclosure regarding the appointment of Sergeant Desorcy in the clerk’s office.

Motion made by Selectman Stowell, seconded by Selectman Schold to adjourn at 9:50 p.m. Motion carried unanimously.
