· Update on possibility of military flyover for a bicentennial event
· Discuss promoting a meeting with Millbury clergy for Ecumenical event in November, 2012 or thereabouts
· Discuss creating opportunities to involve the many organizations in the community of our events and encouraging them to involve themselves in creating bicentennial events.

· Discuss a calendar of events mailing to residents of Millbury
· Invitation to plan a Millbury evening at McCoy Stadium, Pawtucket, RI for a PawSox game
· Discuss the electric-time clock for Center of Town
