A special meeting of the Millbury Planning Board was held on May 1, 2007 at 6:30 p.m. at the Millbury Memorial High School.
Present: Brian Stowell, Anna Lewandowski, Rusty Valery, Richard Gosselin
Reorganization
Town Planner Laurie Connors opened the meeting and asked for nominations for Chair, Vice-Chair and Clerk.
Rusty Valery nominated Anna Lewandowski as Chair.
Anna Lewandowski nominated Brian Stowell as Vice-Chairman
Brian Stowell nominated Rusty Valery as Clerk.
CMRPC Delegate: Anna Lewandowski and Brian Stowell volunteered to serve as delegates. Brian Stowell recommended Associate Member Scott Mueller to also serve as delegate.
Motion by Anna Lewandowski, seconded by Richard Gosselin to close nominations. Motion carried unanimously.
Chair
Motion by Rusty Valery, seconded by Richard Gosselin to nominate Anna Lewandowski as Chair, motion carried unanimously.
Vice-Chair
Motion by Anna Lewandowski, seconded by Rusty Valery to nominate Brian Stowell as Vice-Chairman, motion carried unanimously.
Clerk
Motion by Anna Lewandowski, seconded by Brian Stowell to nominate Rusty Valery as Clerk, motion carried unanimously.
The Board appointed the following to speak on each of the articles sponsored for Town Meeting:
Articles 41 & 42: These articles have been ruled out of order and will not be voted on at town meeting
Article 43: Rusty Valery
Article 44&45: Anna Lewandowski
Article 46: Laurie Connors
Article 47: Laurie Connors

Regarding Bella Rosa Road Acceptance: The Board made the following motions:
Motion by Richard Gosselin, seconded by Brian Stowell to reconsider the Board’s previous vote to recommend acceptance of Bella Rosa Drive, motion carried unanimously.
Motion by Richard Gosselin, seconded by Brian Stowell to support the Finance Committee’s recommendation, motion carried unanimously.
If questions arise at town meeting, Richard Gosselin will address them.
