The Lyme Planning Board will meet on Thursday October 8th, 2009at 7:00 PM at the Municipal Offices at 1 High Street to consider the following items:
Item 1) 7:00pm Accept the minutes from the September 24th Planning Board meeting
Item 2) 7:05pm (2009-PB-56) Lot Line Adjustment
Ray Clark, Owner of Map 408 Lot 59, located at 70 Acorn Hill Rd has applied for a Lot Line Adjustment with Karl and Charlotte Furstenberg, owners of Map 408 Lot 58, located at 82 Acorn Hill Rd. Mr. Clark is proposing to annex 5.60 acres from Map 408 Lot 59 to Map 408 Lot 58.
