MINUTES
PUBLIC SESSION
Present: Carole Bont, Jay Smith, Tish Smith, Simon Carr, Freda Swan, Frank Bowles, Don Metz, Mike Woodard
1) The meeting was called to order at 11:30 AM.
2) Don reported that the house inspection was complete. A radon test was being done. He found only little stuff below standard except for a possible lead paint problem.
3) Don reported on the neighborhood meeting at Hartman’s last night. The economics of the project, the need for synergy, an employee timeline, and the police department were the main discussion points.
4) At 11:40 AM, under RSA 91-A:3, II(d) and a unanimous roll-call vote, the meeting went into non-public session.
5) At 12:20 PM, the meeting came out of non-public session and under RSA-A:3,III voted to keep the minutes sealed.
6) Mike reported that the P&S is in effect. Under the due diligence clause, we will look at doing a phase 1 environmental assessment (Cost of $2000 and it will be done in 2 weeks), a home inspection (completed), a title search, perhaps a survey, and do a minimal check of the septic system.
7) Tish reported that the Library Trustees felt that they should not take a public position on the project.
8) The meeting adjourned at 12:40 PM.
