MINUTES
PUBLIC SESSION
Present: Freda Swan, Tish Smith, Jay Smith , Tony Pippin, Don Metz, Frank, Bowles, Carole Bont, Patty Jenks, Mike Woodard, Simon Carr
1) The meeting was called to order at 11:35 AM.
2) Bucky Olsen’s offer was discussed. Carole Bont, Vickie Smith and Pauline Fields visited the site and taken photographs. Don and Frank will visit it hopefully before the next meeting.
3) The Team discussed David Provan’s visit and felt that his most important comments were centered on having the public vested in the project and the site.
4) By unanimous roll-call vote at 11:55 AM, the Team voted to enter non-public session under RSA 91-A 3, II d to discuss appraisals and property values. Jay Smith was invited to join.
5) At 12:20 PM, by unanimous roll-call vote, the Team came out of non-public session and voted to keep the minutes sealed.
6) After discussion, it was agreed to send a letter to all the property owners in the Common District plus a few outside to see if they would be interested in having their property considered. It was also agreed that we would make a spread sheet of each lot and list its value as a proposed site.
7) The Team discussed putting information on the web-page. Jay offered some space he has.
8) The meeting adjourned at 12:35 PM.
