1) The meeting was called to order at 11:35 AM.
2) The meeting was the presentation of David Provan of RightRoad of his plan on how to present a winning project for Town Meeting. He has a number of ideas with the most important being the involvement of the public through the whole process.
3) The meeting adjourned at 1:55 PM.
