MINUTES
Present: Don Metz, Frank Bowles, Simon Carr, Tish Smith, Mike Woodard, Pete Bleyler,
Guest: Jay Baker
1) This meeting was called to order by Frank Bowles at 2:55 pm.
2) The minutes of held June 18th, 2007 were approved.
Bruce Taylor has been retained as an appraiser for the ReCreate property.
Reviewed Mission Statement , it was amended and approved.
3) Don Metz will re-work and circulate via e-mail
4) 1st PR meeting with Those Guys – 6am July 11.
5) Discussed talking points for consultant’s visit on July 31st.
6) Discussed fund raising – need concrete plans prior to soliciting money(s)
7) Don brought up request form Bob Coyle for the committee to consider Nichol’s space once again. Sense of the meeting was that the space and parking is tight and that the site would not be able to handle future expansion needs.
8) It was moved to change the meeting time to Tuesday’s @ 11:30
9) The meeting was adjourned @ 3:27pm
