MINUTES
PUBLIC SESSION
Present: Tish Smith, Don Metz, Carole Bont, Simon Carr, Mike Woodard, Tony Pippin, Peter Bleyler, Judy Brotman, Patty Jenks, Freda Swan, Frank Bowles, Jay Smith
1) The meeting was called to order at 11:30 AM.
2) The minutes of Oct. 30 were corrected as follows: Section #2 change ¾ to 2/3. The public and non-public session minutes of Oct 30 were approved. There was one abstention, Bont.
3) Don presented his drawing of the Recreate property done from the aerial photograph.
4) At 11:35 AM, by a unanimous roll-call vote, under RSA 91-A: 3, II d, the Committee went into non-public session. Judy was invited to join them.
5) At 12:05 PM, the Committee came out of non-public session and there was a unanimous vote to seal the minutes.
6) There was a brief discussion of preparation of Wed. night meeting.
7) Don mentioned that sometime we should appoint a subcommittee to be a design committee to include an “in-house” architect. There was a consensus that we would not need an “outside” architect.
8) It was felt that at this time we needed a professional cost estimator. Don will look into that.
9) The Committee discussed the Q&A and made a few suggestions. It was agreed that it would be made into a booklet to be handed out and mailed.
10) The meeting adjourned at 12:35 PM.
