PUBLIC MINUTES
Present: Don Metz, Michael Woodard, Dick Jones, Carole Bont, Tish Smith, Freda Swan, Patty Jenks, Geoff Thornton-consultant
Absent: Pete Bleyler, Tony Pippin Sr., Frank Bowles, Tom Hunton
Don Metz called the meeting to order at 11:35a.m.in the Fire House.
The minutes from the meeting held on February 20th were accepted as submitted.
Dick Jones informed the committee of Jane Fant’s resignation.
The committee reviewed the letter drafted by Pete Bleyler intended to be shared via the web site and as handouts at the town meeting(s) explaining the history of the committee’s efforts and how we arrived at the recommendations being presented at the meetings. Just a few revisions were suggested for the letter which Dick & Patty will work on and send to committee members once they’re satisfied with the results.
Geoff Thornton showed the committee the latest plans for presentation at the meetings. Just a few suggestions were made to revise these slightly. Geoff will have these ready for little town meeting.
It was decided that a meeting should be held on Tuesday March 6th to finalize details for little town meeting.
Committee members should meet at the Fire Station at 11:30am for this meeting.
