MINUTES

Attending: Letitia (Tish) Smith, Patricia G. Jenks, Town Clerk and Carole A. Bont, Administrative Assistant, Pete Bleyler, Don Metz and Tony Pippin Sr.

Pete called the meeting to order at 11:30 at the Fire House.~ Arrangements had been made to make site visits to the Green Mountain Studio and Tuckaway Timber properties.~ Attending members relocated to those locations and walked through both buildings with owner’s permission.
~
Carole had met an engineer at the annual conference at the Local Government Center, who expressed interest in our project and is willing to come to Lyme and help with site assessments.~ Carole will contact him and our next meeting will be held following his visit.
~
Depending on what Jeannie McIntyre learns from the Upper Valley Land Trust Board will determine what sites the engineer actually visits.
~
The next meeting date remains undecided.~ Members will be notified as soon as Carole has firmed up plans with the engineer.
~
The meeting adjourned at 1:00 pm.
