MINUTES

Attending:~ Freda T. Swan, interim Chair, Michael Woodard, Letitia (Tish) Smith, Patricia G. Jenks, Town Clerk and Carole A. Bont, Administrative Assistant.

The Meeting opened at 11:30 am with Freda doing the honors as chair, as Peter is away.
~
Discussions continued about scheduling meetings with property owners of considered municipal building sites.
~
Carole has placed calls to find relatively new municipal buildings in the state.~ She continues to research these and will also find out about prefabricated vs. stick-built costs.
~
Freda revised her comment from the meeting of November 7th where she’d indicated that two options be presented at town meeting. She now feels that just one option should be presented and those in attendance at this meeting are in agreement.
~
Carole has discussed strategies for requesting funds at Town Meeting with the Selectmen and Budget Committee has been advised.
~
Carole finished taking minutes and these will be distributed at the next meeting which is scheduled for Monday November 21st at 11:30 in the Fire House.

The meeting adjourned at 1:00 pm.
