2. Mr. Harmon Manning Utility Billing
Moved to authorize the City Manager to deduct off May charges. Mr. Manning must pay another $200 deposit and pay $128.00 towards his outstanding debt to have his water service restored. The remaining $100 balance will be divided over 4 months in addition to his regular payment.

FFA still doing the pig raffle. Hawthorne PTA is raising money for PTA T-shirts. Legislative Days January 30-31.
