2.  Mr. Harmon Manning Utility Billing
Moved to authorize the City Manager to deduct off May charges.  Mr. Manning must pay another $200 deposit and pay $128.00 towards his outstanding debt to have his water service restored.  The remaining $100 balance will be divided over 4 months in addition to his regular payment.

Mayor Surrency- Mr. Carl Lee Grimes is in the hospital please keep him in your prayers.  Recreation Basketball have started.  HYS Baseball and Softball will begin soon.  NOMADS are back in town.  FFA still doing the pig raffle.  Hawthorne PTA is raising money for PTA T-shirts.  Legislative Days January 30-31.
