1. Presentation- Alachua County School Board- Mr. Gene Boles gave a presentation on elementary school modification, school capacity and level of services.

Mr. Gilbert Randall- Pot holes on SE 214th Street need attention. Pot hole at Shell Gas Station. Their staff said it was created by city water lines leaking.
Mrs. Cheryl Elmore- Asked for update on yard debris. Have not seen a Waste Pro debris truck in Lake Breeze.
Mr. Wallace Russell- Tree at Holy Communion
Mr. Larry Tilbury- Also have not seen a Waste Pro debris truck in Lake Breeze.

7. Holiday Schedule
The City Commission agreed to the holiday schedule presented by staff and only one meeting in January 2018.
8. Hawthorne Athletic Park Expansion- Hawthorne Fitness Center
Moved to authorize the Mayor and City Manager to execute the Interlocal Agreement with ACBOCC for purchase of the Hawthorne Fitness Center and Sales Contract with owner contingent on County approval on interlocal agreement.

1. LOCNP Park Rental
City Manager Vause stated she will be bringing before the City Commission a proposal of renting the LOCNP at the last minute at a discount rate.
2. TRIM Notice
City Manager Vause announced she received a phone call from the Department of Revenue that our TRIM notice was advertised incorrectly. We will have to advertise a Notice of Proposed Tax increase within the stated time frame, hold the final hearing to adopt the millage and budget again.
No action was needed. Informational purposes only.
