2. Resolution- CHW Agreement, Downtown Visioning
Moved to direct staff to enter into an agreement for Downtown Visioning with CHW (Causseaux, Hewett and Walpole).

3. Interlocal Agreement for Public School Concurrency
City Planner Castine gave a review on the revisions to the Interlocal Agreement for Public School Concurrency and informed staff he will prepare a final copy for execution by the Mayor at the next regular City Commission meeting.
The City Commission agreed.
4. 2014 Evaluation & Appraisal Report
City Planner Castine updated the City Commission on the evaluation and appraisal report.
Moved to direct staff to send a letter to DEO advising whether or not amendments to the Comprehensive Plan are necessary in order to address any statutory changes in the Growth Management Act.

5. Park & Recreation Advisory Board
City Manager Vause informed the City Commission that Ms. Lillian Hutchinson submitted an application to serve on the Park and Recreation Advisory Board.
Moved to approve the application and appoint Ms. Lillian Hutchinson to the Park & Recreation Advisory Board.

6. CRA Meeting
City Manager Vause-Staff is suggesting a CRA Meeting on February 3, 2015 at 5:30PM. The City Commission agreed on the suggested date.
7. First Quarter Financial Review
City Manager Vause- Staff is suggesting a Financial Quarterly Review on February 17, 2015 at 5:30PM. The City Commission agreed on the suggested date.
8. Minimum Wage
This item was put on the agenda by Commissioner Carlton and he is not present.

G. PUBLIC HEARING

H. ~CITIZEN COMMENTS
Ms. Janice Brown- Valentine’s Day Event at the Hawthorne Museum. Mr. Ned Davis band will be playing the music. Trying to do something to keep the building open. Hog roast this Friday 2-6PM.
Mr. Leonard Jones- Owner that purchased the old projects complex has the road blocked and he says he own the streets. Wants the City to notify him that is not true.
I. ~REPORTS/ANNOUNCEMENTS/INFORMATION
1. City Manager Vause gave her week in review report.
2. City Attorney Hoehn-No response from Altitude and will begin eviction.
3. City Commission
Commissioner Roberts- Thanks to city staff for the way the meetings are ran they are very professional. Thanks to the City Commission support for the supper seniors luncheon.
Commissioner Bouie- Thanks to City Staff. This is the best city staff she has been a part of.
Vice Mayor Howard- Thanks to City Staff as well. This has been a good year for the City of Hawthorne.
4. Mayor Surrency- Thanks to City Staff and the City Commission for working together. The Boundary Adjustment Act meeting on Tuesday January 20, 2015. Also gave an update on the Boundary Adjustment Act
