Ms. Janice Brown Stallings- Mr. Eddie Higginbotham agreed to give the old bingo building to LOCNP.

1. City Manager Vause gave an update on Hawthorne Homecoming, FRDAP Grant, Planning Grant, American Legion, and water Line project, Public Events Policy, Loves Truck Stop, Bingo Hall and Mr. Doug Chadwick.
