- CALL TO ORDER- Mayor Surrency
- Invocation- Vice Mayor Howard
- Pledge of Allegiance- Commissioner Carlton
City Manager Vause proceeded line by line to review the budget review. There was discussion regarding the street light contract, and that whether a light is operational or not the City is charged. Also discussion about debt payments and next year to allocate previous fire service funds towards paying down other debts. Questions were asked about why water and wastewater were over and how fees worked out, which staff advised will be reviewed when more budget information is available. There was discussion about the need for Two Fold as a contractor for the water department.
